- 01For new Grow contracts signed by 31 March 2027.
- 02A 12-month commitment to Grow, paid monthly or yearly in advance.
- 03From month 13 the three products cost 60% of list price while you're on Grow. You can stop any of them on its own, at any time.

What does the free plan include?
The Free plan is free forever, no card required. It covers scan-based picking and packing for one warehouse, one user, one online store and one courier, up to 50 orders a month. You activate it yourself from the site.
Can I pay in RON?
Yes. Public list prices and standard subscriptions are displayed and invoiced in RON.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. On any paid plan you pay for 10 months and use 12. Grow, for example, costs 24,500 RON a year instead of 29,400 RON.
What does the Grow + notsoSuite offer include?
notsoCRM, notsoPRINT and uponu.si come with every new Grow contract, free for the first 12 months. From month 13 you keep them at 40% off, for as long as you stay on Grow. For the first 12 months you pay only for Grow, 2,450 RON/month. From month 13 you pay 2,956 RON/month for all four products, instead of 3,294 RON.
Is there a free trial?
We can discuss a trial for a paid plan. Tell us about your operation, and we will agree on setup, timing, and terms before you start.
What sets the plans apart?
Each plan matches a stage of the operation. Start brings receiving, returns, stock counts and template automations. Grow adds unlimited integrations, your own automations, the API, batch picking and purchase orders. Scale / 3PL adds everything you need to work for other clients. Users are unlimited on every paid plan.
What happens if I go over the order limit?
On the Free plan, order import pauses until next month. On paid plans nothing stops: we let you know and talk about which plan fits.
Is implementation included in the subscription?
No. Initial configuration, data migration, print infrastructure, and customer-specific integrations may require separately billed implementation services. You receive an estimate before work starts.
Can I change my plan any time?
Yes. Move to a bigger or smaller plan any time; the change applies immediately, prorated over the remaining period.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
A 7-day grace period. After that, the account is suspended until payment is settled. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my data if I leave?
A full export on request, any time. Permanent deletion 30 days after the contract ends.
