What does the free plan include?
The Free plan is free forever, no card required, and includes every feature. The limits are capacity: one warehouse, one user, and up to 100 orders per month. You activate it yourself, right from the site.
Can I pay in RON?
Yes. You pick the currency (RON or EUR) when you subscribe; the invoice is issued in the chosen currency.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on paid plans. You enter a card up front, but nothing is charged during the trial; the subscription starts automatically at the end. Cancel any time before then.
Are any features paid extras?
No. Every plan includes every feature, from picking on a phone to automations and the API. Plans differ only in capacity (warehouses, users, orders) and the level of support.
Can I change my plan any time?
Yes. Move to a bigger or smaller plan any time; the change applies immediately, prorated over the remaining period.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
A 7-day grace period. After that, the account is suspended until payment is settled. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my data if I leave?
A full export on request, any time. Permanent deletion 30 days after the contract ends.
